1. The service

RowSmith converts PDF bank and card statements into spreadsheet files inside your browser. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any bank. Bank names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe which statements the tool can read.

2. Check your results

Conversion is automatic and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking the output against your original statement before relying on it for accounting, tax, lending or any other purpose. The service is not financial, tax or legal advice.

3. Free beta

The service is free while in beta. We may introduce limits or paid plans later and will update these terms before they take effect.

4. Pro plan

The Pro plan costs $12 per month (plus any applicable tax), billed in advance through Stripe and renewing monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the "Manage subscription" link; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, but contact us if something went wrong and we'll make it right. We'll give notice before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

Only convert statements you own or are authorized to handle. Don't misuse, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or resell the service.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
